Explain your career path—how did you become an Financial Operations Intern?
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Management at Universidad Panamericana and had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris, where I worked on projects with global brands like IKEA and L'Oréal. My passion for organization and finance naturally led me to this role. I love finding structure in complex processes and optimizing workflows, which made financial operations a perfect fit.
Can you describe your personal self?
I’m an active, passionate, and dedicated person who thrives on connecting with people. I love helping others, collaborating on meaningful projects, and always bringing a proactive attitude. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, animals, and traveling—experiences that help me stay inspired and open to new perspectives.
What are your top personal values and how do you apply those to your work?
Honesty, perseverance, initiative, and love are values I hold close in everything I do. I believe that being transparent and authentic in the workplace fosters trust and strong relationships. By applying these values daily, I aim to create a positive and productive environment while always striving for the best results.
Why did you choose to come to The Launch Box?
I was drawn to The Launch Box because of its inspiring philosophy, strong values, and innovative approach. I enjoy being in spaces that encourage fresh ideas, collaboration, and professional growth. TLB felt like the perfect place to challenge myself while contributing to a dynamic team.
What is a common misconception you hear about Financial Operations?
That we are serious or non-creative! While financial operations require structure and precision, it also involves problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation. There’s so much room for creativity in optimizing processes and finding new solutions.
What is the most fulfilling part of your role at TLB?
I love that my role allows me to work across different areas of the company. I get to interact with both my coworkers and clients, fostering meaningful connections along the way. It’s fulfilling to feel like I’m part of something bigger—helping others grow and contributing to TLB’s success.
What about the future of TLB are you most excited about?
I’m excited about growing together with the team, seeing new companies join TLB, and learning from the incredible people around me. There’s so much potential ahead, and I can’t wait to be part of the journey as we continue to innovate and expand.
