Isaac is a qualified accountant with a +14 in accounting practice and six years spent in the auditing field. He has participated in various engagements across different industries, plus more than eight years having worked for some companies with businesses, from manufacturing to services firms.

 Isabel is a growth and marketing specialist, with over three years of experience collaborating with startups. She has been responsible for driving creative and strategic marketing campaigns aimed at the acquisition and retention of leads. With her international perspective and innovative mindset, she supports our client portfolio to reach their marketing and sales objectives.

Stephanny has been responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process with a keen focus on agility and adaptability, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience. Her unique approach integrates the agile mindset into every aspect of recruitment, ensuring that Launch Box clients receive unparalleled value in an ever-changing world of work.

Amber has more than 15 years of experience in fostering positive relationships, cultivating culture, and providing training. Amber brings a distinctive skill set to the table, adept at harmonizing employee and organizational requirements. She supports the growth and development of The Launch Box employees by leveraging strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex situations, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Daniel graduated from Tec de Monterrey with a bachelor’s degree in finance, specializing in alternative investments and investment banking. He has experience at an international consulting firm and two local private equity firms in Guadalajara, collectively managing over $100 million in assets. Now at TLB, Daniel leverages this experience to add value to clients through expertise in FP&A, reports, and automation.

Anahi has a degree in accounting and nine years of experience in financial positions at IT companies including IBM and HPE, overseeing payroll for over 9000 employees. She helps Launch Box clients ensure compliance with accounting and financial standards to provide reliable information for decision-making.

Uriel is an entrepreneur and finance management professional who has over 5 years of experience developing accurate business performance and financial assessments for a wide range of IT and retail companies. He enjoys generating deep insight that helps founders understand key drivers of financial execution and provides insight for strategic decision-making.

Paulo Barbosa is an entrepreneur with over three years of experience in management, strategic planning, and processes. He graduated from the Tec de Monterrey with an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree. His strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and desire to grow are fully aligned with The Launch Box values and will greatly benefit the firm and its clients.

Ethan has over five years of progressive financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience at a growing consulting firm, where he worked with executive leadership to support their growth from under 200 professionals to over 450. Through driving effective financial transformation, his goal is to provide scalable and actionable analytics, allowing for more active partnership with founders who are scaling their business.

Payton Burgess just wrapped up a spring semester internship with The Launch Box. Here’s her perspective on what she learned. Payton says: “With the observations and lessons I picked up from being immersed in the ‘real world’ of business, I was able to walk away an inspired and more curious self.”

Eduardo has eight of professional experience in Sourcing, Consulting, Project and Program Management, and Finance. His passion is to always be helpful, something he achieves in a professional environment by offering his analytical proficiency to all areas and professionals he works with.

Naila spent the last 5 years in public accounting. Her experience in both tax and audit helped pave the way to understanding an overall view of financial structures within several industries. She enjoys providing insight into intercompany relationships, cost-benefit analytics, and strategic relationships to financial and business leaders.

Esteban is a growth marketing manager with more than nine years of experience working in tech startups. He also has entrepreneurship experience from co-founding three tech startups. Esteban has deep experience scaling dozens of SaaS B2B and mobile app startups, helping them launch, scale, and optimize their positioning and funnels to grow users and customers.

Diego has worked in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources for the past 8+ years. During that time, he had the chance to work with teams in the US, UK, and LatAm at several companies, including Revolut, Flex, AstraZeneca, and HPE. He has led two company hiring ramps, market knowledge with niche skill positions and several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for women in tech and mental health awareness.

Karla has spent the last eight years in the IT industry developing sales strategies, establishing business partnerships, and leading commercial teams through change. She has found her true passion by driving people to reach their full potential both for The Launch Box’s Mexico Tech Hub and our entrepreneur clients.

Amy has over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing for professional services and tech firms. She provides strategic marketing advice to help professional services firm founders and entrepreneurs set up and scale their marketing operations and make their dreams come true.

Lauren is an HR professional with nearly a decade of experience in people development for professional service firms. She manages everything from payroll and benefits to performance management.
