Explain your career path—how did you become Operations Associate?
I've always been someone who enjoys getting things done, and I like to be hands-on. This inclination led me to my career in industrial engineering, which focuses on management, processes, and doing a bit of everything. I believe my background and personality are a perfect fit for this position, and that's how I ended up here.
Can you describe your personal self?
I'm a very proactive and creative person. I enjoy thinking about how to make things better. I have a demanding and change-oriented personality. I believe that to achieve great things, you must challenge the way things are done, always ask why, and never compromise your ideals. I think that if you stay true to what you believe, there's no reason not to succeed. I love sharing and debating ideas, listening to different opinions, and learning from diverse environments.
What are your top personal values and how do you apply those to your work?
My main values are responsibility, integrity, and empathy. I've tried to uphold them throughout my life and always act accordingly. I'm someone who takes my responsibilities seriously, and I take pride in doing my job the right way. At work, these values mean I give my best effort all the time.
Why did you choose to come to The Launch Box?
It was always a significant goal for me to work in a startup and a fast-paced company. It's where there's the most room to learn and grow, as well as where you can provide valuable support to your clients. This is especially true in a professional services firm, where your daily work revolves around making your client's life easier.
What is a common misconception you hear about Operations?
A common misconception is that it's challenging to handle various tasks. I mean, it is not easy, but I believe that as long as you stay organized, you'll enjoy taking on various responsibilities, and you won't get bored.
